Please include the following information when ordering by e-mail or voicemail:
1. Agency name (if applicable)
2. Your name
3. Mailing address to send "Redbook(s)" and billing address if different
4. Contact phone number
5. Number of redbooks desired
6. Types of books desired:
Spiral bound, 3 hole punch with or without a binder, or paperback
7. Payment type (Cash, check, credit card, or billing information)
Pricing:
The 2005-06 Human Services Directory is $40.00 for the spiral, three hole punch with binder, or paperback versions. If you are just purchasing the three hole punch insert the price is $35.00. A binder only is $5.00. There is a quantity discount of $5.00 off each book if you purchase over 10 copies. A fee of $2.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book is added for orders shipped out.
